The agreement

These terms cover your use of Tenswipes. By creating an account you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind it.

What the service does

You describe your business and choose the visual looks you like. We plan a month of carousel topics for you to review and accept. Once accepted, we generate each carousel and deliver it to your WhatsApp on the day it is scheduled.

How many carousels you get each day depends on your plan. Unused days do not roll over.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information. The quality of what we write depends entirely on the brief you provide.
• One account per business. Do not resell access.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance, through Paystack or Polar depending on where you are. Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency you will be charged in.

Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current month, and your calendar continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If the service fails to deliver what you paid for and we cannot put it right, email us and we will refund the affected period. We do not refund because you did not use the carousels we produced, or because you did not like them after they were generated. You can see your whole month of topics before accepting it, which is the point at which to tell us it is wrong.

Content, and who owns it

• You own your brand, your brief, and the carousels we produce for you. Post them, edit them, use them commercially.
• You give us permission to store and process your brief in order to produce them, and to keep the results in your account.
• We own the software, the templates and the look designs themselves. Your plan lets you use them; it does not transfer them.

What we generate, and its limits

Carousels are produced by AI. They can be wrong, repetitive, or off-key, and they can state things about your business that are not true if the brief is thin. You are responsible for reading each one before posting it.

Anything you publish is published by you, in your name. We do not review carousels before delivery, and we are not responsible for what a post does to your business or your audience.

We cannot promise that a generated carousel is unique. Similar businesses asking similar questions may receive similar posts.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Tenswipes for anything illegal, hateful, deceptive, or designed to harass anyone.
• Do not use it to impersonate another business or person.
• Do not use it for content that is sexual, violent, or targeted at children.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to work around your plan's limits.
• We can suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

WhatsApp delivery

We only message the number you gave us, and only after you opted in. You can remove your number at any time, which stops delivery and deletes the number.

Delivery depends on WhatsApp and our messaging provider. We cannot guarantee a message arrives at a particular moment, and an outage on their side is not a failure of the service you paid for unless it persists.

Availability

We aim to keep Tenswipes running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, we will tell you and refund the unused period.

Liability

Tenswipes is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We can end your access if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, refunding anything you have paid for and not received.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the Nigerian courts. Questions go to hello@tenswipes.com.
